Julie is a Realtor with Lambros Real Estate, ERA in Missoula, MT. She is a 2009-2023 member of ERA Real Estate’s National Leader’s Circle and is in the top 10 of the over 13,000 ERA Real Estate Agents nationally. Julie served as a Leasing Agent for Missoula’s Southgate Mall for nearly a decade, and was then part of the Listing Team charged with selling the Mall in 2018. Most recently, she was part of the Listing Team representing Lee Enterprises, Inc. in their sale of the flagship Missoulian Newspaper building in downtown Missoula. Julie represents both Sellers and Buyers throughout the area’s commercial and residential real estate market. She is known for her collaborative, numbers-based approach to achieving the best outcomes for her clients. In addition to top-rated professional service, Julie prioritizes community service. She has served on numerous non-profit Boards of Directors including Five Valleys Land Trust (President), Providence Health and Services Foundation, the Missoula International School, and the Missoula Writing Collaborative. Julie was appointed by Governor Bullock and continues to serve on the Montana Board of Realty Regulation, and was appointed to Missoula’s Open Space Advisory Committee by Mayor Engen. Julie served as a co-chair of the Missoula Open Space Bond campaign in 2018, and in 2022 she joined the Board of HomeResource. She is also an active volunteer for Soft Landing, a refugee resettlement agency in Missoula. Julie arrived in Missoula in 1997, and shortly thereafter began practicing real estate law with Missoula attorneys Robert Knight and Jim Masar. In 2007, she partnered with Peter Lambros and has enjoyed serving her commercial and residential real estate clients for over 14 years. In 1995, Julie graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Indiana University School of Law, in Bloomington, Indiana, and received a Masters of Public Affairs from the Indiana University School of Public and Environmental Affairs. She also holds a B.A. in Economics and Spanish. She is a member (inactive) of the Montana and Colorado State Bars, and prior to attending law school worked as a Research Associate at the Indiana University Center on Philanthropy in Indianapolis, IN.
