We live in Houston and spent last summer in Missoula, MT, where we quickly fell in love with the community. When we decided to explore buying a home there, we did some research and quickly learned that Julie Gardner was highly reviewed and had a lot of experience in the area. We reached out during our stay, and Julie’s team responded right away and went above and beyond by giving us a tour of Missoula to help us understand the different neighborhoods and options within our budget. We stayed in touch over the winter and resumed our search more seriously in February after selling our home in Houston, which ultimately led us to find the perfect house in our favorite neighborhood. Julie’s team works incredibly well together and is extremely professional. They made the process seamless despite the distance, including FaceTiming with us during key moments like home tours and inspections. We also learned throughout the process how well-respected she is in the community, which led to streamlined negotiations and quick connections on everything imaginable: from finding reputable lenders, qualified inspectors, and other key referrals that are so helpful when trying to move to an unfamiliar place. We have relocated several times and have a good feel for what good looks like. We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Julie. We would highly recommend Julie and her team to anyone.
